The event won’t just be about foldable phones and Discounts on pre-announcement device reservations. Samsung makes its usual Galaxy phone announcements during its other The Galaxy Unpacked event will take place early in the year, so that’s settled, but we could also hear about other things, including a new Samsung Watch product and, of course, the Galaxy Ring.
Galaxy Ring
Samsung January Galaxy Ring Announcement was little more than a provocation, but the company gave journalists hands-on time with a prototype The smartphone will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress in February, revealing the colors and sizes of the rings, as well as a little about the kind of data its sensors will collect. We’d like to know how much the device will cost, what kind of health sensors it will have, and when it will be released.
So far there are rumors, like that it will cost around $300 or $350 and that Samsung can start a fitness and health subscription to accompany it. But other than that and the FCC test records that Battery capacities revealedVery little has leaked out of the corridors of Samsung about the Galaxy Ring.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6
Lots of things about the Galaxy Z foldables has already leakedThe Z Fold 6 looks set to get an updated, squarer design, noticeably brighter displays, and slightly longer battery life, while still using the same 4,400mAh battery size as the his predecessor.
The clamshell Flip 6 might be less modified than the previous model, but it’s expected to get other significant updates. In addition to a brightness boost similar to the Fold 6, the phone could get a much brighter display like its bigger sibling, as well as a vapor chamber cooling system and or a 4,000 mAh battery or one 3,790 mAh batteryaccording to rumors (the battery capacity of the current model is rated at 3,700mAh). The secondary display could be an IPS panel instead of OLED.
Both phones are expected to be lighter, thinner, and powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
Galaxy AI
Samsung was quick to jump on the AI bandwagonand at least some of its Galaxy AI features are available or coming soon all kinds of Galaxy Phones And devices — and not just the latest. So far, Galaxy AI has been packed with AI assets: features like on-device audio and text translation, photo and video editing, Google’s Circle to Search feature, and more. Now it’s the company’s chance to stand out a little.
Samsung Galaxy Watch
Samsung is likely to talk about its upcoming Galaxy Watch lineup. Leaked images have suggested the same for the regular Watch 7, but the company is expected to announce a cheap galaxy watch feas well as a healthy dose of smartwatch, perhaps called the Galaxy Watch 7 “Ultra.”
The Watch 7 Ultra looks like a bigger, meaner watch with a circular case, but still a circular dial. The chunky watch seen in leaked renders It looks like this is the company’s answer to the Apple Watch Ultra, so much so that leaked images even show a third button that could be similar to Apple’s Action button. It even appears to feature a Samsung take on Apple’s proprietary sliding band connector, meaning you might not be able to use your old Galaxy Watch bands with this one.
New Galaxy Buds headphones
The Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra isn’t the only thing that seems to take design inspiration from Apple — Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 3, based on leaks so farlook a lot like Apple’s third-generation AirPods, but with angular stems instead of round ones, and blue and orange accents on the ends. The “Pro” models look a bit more different, with a matte gray finish. Someone on Reddit claims to have already purchased a pair of the $250 ones at Walmart in the US, so it looks like they’re already in retail stores (and, apparently, on some shelves).
