7. Watch a movie at a drive-in theater or create your own
There are not a lot old school drive-ins more around, but if you’re lucky enough to have one near you and haven’t been before, they make a great date night.
Pack all your favorite snacks and bring plenty of blankets and pillows to make you comfy.
You can take any type of car to the drive-thru. If you have a small car, you can either sit inside the car on the seats like you would if you were driving, or you can bring chairs with you and set them up outside the car. You can also sit on a blanket on the floor, although this may not be the most comfortable option.
If you have a vehicle with a large trunk, you can park so that the rear of your car faces the screen. Next, open your trunk and comfortably arrange the blankets and pillows in the trunk of the car.
If you have a truck, this may be the best way to watch a drive-in movie. You can install an air mattress in the bed of the truck if you want additional comfort.
If you take a truck to the drive-in, be sure to bring a portable speaker with you that transmits the radio, otherwise you probably won’t be able to hear the sound very well.
