In a disturbing incident, a customer slapped the State Bank of India branch manager in his cabin. The incident took place at SBI Wadwani branch in Beed, Maharashtra. The branch manager was assaulted by Dhanraj Rajabhau Mundhe.

What is the problem?
The customer came to verify the company’s signature. BM provided them with documents accordingly, but while submitting the form, they wrote a different company name for the account. BM refused verification due to inconsistency. That’s when this whole assault started.
This incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of bankers. Such incidents must be addressed urgently and the culprits must be arrested as soon as possible.
