Later in the protest, a few people from the anti-Israel group began asking their demonstrators to unite to form a circular human chain in front of the students chanting for America.
As people gathered together, a woman in their group approached a bullhorn and said, “We’re not protesting. We’re not. We have to clean up. We have to leave.”

Before starting to break their human chain, the “UNITED STATES!” songs patriotic students surrounding them grew louder and eventually transformed into singing the national anthem.
Some singing students could be seen holding their hands over their hearts and at least one student was waving an American flag. When they finished singing, the “USA!” the singing resumed.
