“I wouldn’t be where I am today without Texas Tech and I’m proud to have helped bring Red Raider Nation into the family of three stripes,” said Mahomes, who played at the school from 2014-16 before the Kansas City Chiefs selected him 10th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft.
As part of the agreement, Texas Tech athletes will be able to join Adidas’ NIL ambassador network, earning a percentage on select products and campaigns.
