The title at Zerohedge screams “The illegal immigrants think Trump will win, so they are crossing the border now”. I searched for data but couldn’t find any, so I checked CBP:

The April figures are lower than the corresponding figures for 2023 and 20222, and in line with those for 2021. This is not the picture I expected when reading the Zerohedge article.
It is true that an encounter does not mean “a person” met; However, unless there is a systematic bias in the number of people in a given group encountered by CBP, then it can be inferred that the individuals entering are fewer – not more – than in the past.
