Students around the world are raising their voices to protest Israel’s continued war on Gaza.
More than 50 universities across the United States have now established Palestine solidarity encampments, demanding action to end Israel’s war on Gaza.
What started as a student camp at Columbia University in New York two weeks ago has grown into a global student movement, spanning Europe, Australia and Canada.
Student protesters have faced brutal counter-protests, arrests and suspensions, raising debates about free speech and the future of activism on college campuses.
But beyond the mainstream media’s attempt to reduce this movement to freedom of expression and security, why are students risking everything for Gaza?
