There will not be a traditional “get up early and rush into line” queue, but rather a virtual online queue that you will have to get up early to access on the MyDisneyExperience app (with a second chance in the afternoon) or in the form of pay-as-you-go payment The Way of Lightningwhich replaced Genie+ just in time for the opening of the much-demanded attraction.
When Tiana’s Bayou Adventure open?
Disney’s Orlando theme park has officially opened the long-awaited replacement of Splash Mountain is dated and problematic with a property that fans love. The princess and the Frog the universe expands with a sequel in the form of a ride following the adventures of Tiana through the swampy and magical land of New Orleans with the bones of Disney World’s iconic log slide. How to roll Tiana’s Bayou Adventure
Here’s the secret: To enjoy your trip without any additional fees beyond park admission, make sure you’ve downloaded the MyDisneyExperience app before your trip. On the app, make sure all of your group’s tickets are saved under the Trip Planner profile (choose the most tech-savvy person in your group to handle this)—but multiple people can try to book on the group-wide virtual queue at once; you just need to make sure they select all of the guests in the group for your boarding group lottery.
The Walt Disney World Virtual Queue is available twice per day, once at 7 a.m. (which can be done at your convenience from anywhere on property) and again at 1 p.m. The problem at Magic Kingdom is that TRON Lightcycle/Race currently there are still only virtual boarding groups, so you have to choose between Tiana And Tron. If you want to do both, you can try Tiana The morning but I don’t get it, and then I have a tough choice at 1pm to try to get the free boarding group pass for Tiana again (not guaranteed) or Tron (also not guaranteed). It’s worth noting that to try a second time at 1 p.m., your group must be inside the Magic Kingdom to be eligible — and you can only arrange a boarding group once per day during park hours.
This seems tricky: East delicate ! – but there’s another way to make sure you’ll be able to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure And Tron, or any other highly requested journey such as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind which is limited to virtual queuing and has no backup lines currently available.
What is the new Lighting Lane option at Walt Disney World?
Genie+ is gone! Poof! Disney Experiences’ pay-as-you-go option streamlined the process by simply renaming Lightning Lane, the line that used to contain the free fastpass (RIP to that feature). It has gone by several names since it became a financial add-on to Disney World and Disneyland, but will now be known as Lightning Lane, split into the Lightning Lane Multi Pass (a three-ride package) or the Lightning Lane Single Pass for a single ride.
Purchasing a Lightning Lane Multi Pass allows you to make up to three Lightning Lane selections at a theme park. If you’re staying at a Disney Resort or a participating nearby hotel, you’ll be able to access the resort up to seven days before your trip to make selections, and you’ll be able to choose available times as you make your ride selections. If you purchase the Multi Pass on the day of your visit, your selections will vary based on availability. Your three ride selections will come from three tiers: one from rides that have the highest requirements, such as a new e-ticket attraction (think Tiana Or Tron), and two whose level of demand will be lower (think of the classics, i.e. Haunted house). The cost of a Lightning Lane Multi Pass varies depending on when you go, between peak holiday days and low season.
If you only want to secure a single new Lightning Lane for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure or other high demand rides or attractions, the same booking rules apply and availability day varies, with the stipulation that you will only be able to purchase two unique Lightning Lane options for your group.
