The Labor Commissioner has directed the Managing Director and CEO of Bank of Baroda to attend the conciliation meeting on 24.06.2024 to resolve the ongoing issues with the employees of Gramin Bank.
Gramin Bank employees have threatened to go on an indefinite strike if their demands are not met. The employees requested the bank management to carry out recruitment and fill vacant positions.
Banks are suffering from a serious shortage of staff and bank employees have requested the management to resolve this problem.
