SpectreVisionthe production company headed by Elijah WoodDaniel Noah and Lawrence Inglee, began their expansion into the audio space with the launch of their own podcast network.
As revealed by The Hollywood ReporterSpectreVision Radio will feature a diverse lineup of podcasts focusing on film, history, paranormal encounters, occult tales, music and more with top experts and commentators in their respective fields. Mike Flanagan (The Fall of the House of Usher) and David Lowery (The Green Knight) will be releasing their first podcasts on the network; we’re hoping for more horror content from the storytellers, but would love to hear them bring their cinephile knowledge and career anecdotes to our eager ears. Sapphire Sandalo (Discovery’s The Terror of the Ghost Town), one of the best voices of world horror folklore on youtube and in podcasting, she will expand on her multicultural occult stories and experiences with the paranormal on Stories with SapphireFor a more haunted and ghostly encounter, researchers Greg and Dana Newkirk will also host a preview show. And for movie buffs, the network will host The game by Eric Vespe and Scott Wampler (recorded before the beloved film journalist’s passing).
“The idea of a podcast network built as a community radio station is a natural extension of who we are,” Wood said in a statement to THR. “We’ve always thought of SpectreVision as a creative hub of like-minded, like-minded people. Having a space where creators can come together to swap stories, share ideas, and collaborate freely is a dream.” His own podcast with Noah, Visitswill also return as part of the curated programming. Jim Perry is the network’s director; he is also the creator of the documentary podcast Strange-Tales Euphomet.
