Christopher Hill is Emeritus Professor in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge (@Police Department). He was Montague Burton Professor of International Relations from 1991 to 2004 at the London School of Economics and Political Science. From 2017 to 2019, he held the Wilson E. Schmidt Distinguished Chair in International Relations at the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, Bologna. Professor Hill has published widely in the fields of foreign policy analysis and international relations generally, with his most recent works beingThe future of British foreign policy: Security and diplomacy in a post-Brexit world (2019), Foreign Policy in the 21st Century (2016), National Interest in Question: Foreign Policy in Multicultural Societies (Oxford University Press, 2013) andNational and European foreign policies: towards Europeanization (Edited with Reuben Wong, 2011).
