Christian McCaffreythe reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year, recently married former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo.
A fashion influencer has taken a stand against the dress that Culpo wore for her wedding day, describing her long-sleeved Dolce & Gabbana ball gown as “modest.”
“I’ve been a wedding dress designer for four years now, and I’ve never said this before, but I don’t like this wedding dress,” influencer Kennedy Bingham, who goes by the moniker Gown Eyed Girl, said in a video posted to social media.

“What a bad thing to post online. I hope you can find joy and peace in the world like my beautiful wife does,” he commented on the Instagram reel.
Bingham added that while she had no problem with the “simple and elegant” dress, she thought the dress had “no personality.” the video“From Miss Universe to Miss Pick Me, Olivia Culpo deserves her crown.”
Culpo then chimed in in the comments section on TikTok, calling Bingham a “weird human.”
Bingham’s issue with Culpo’s outfit appears to be related to the fact that the 32-year-old recently said she “didn’t want[the dress]to be sexual in any way.”
Culpo told Vogue in June that she hoped to get married in a dress “that feels as serious as the commitment.”
“What you wear on your wedding day has almost nothing to do with whether or not you have a long and happy marriage,” Bingham explained, adding that she “promotes this idea of what all brides should look like.”
In the more than five-minute video, Bingham criticized Culpo for saying McCaffrey felt “most beautiful” when her outfit was “timeless, full-coverage and elegant.”
“I also find it weird that she talks about covering up so much, especially as someone who doesn’t dress modestly in her everyday life… I just find the use of the word ‘covered’ so disgusting, because you’re not covered up in everyday life. And also, why does he think you look your best when you’re covered up? It’s such a weird thing,” she continued.
